For those who prefer walks, the choise is boundless. Seven guiled walks are on offer departing from the heart of the village. This is the home of "Grandes randonnées" (Majestic Walks), and both an equistarian network and the St Jacque de Compostelle Way pass through Montaigut le Blanc.
For those who prefer mountain biking, this is not a problem. There is also fishing, a local outdoor pool which opens in july and August, a tennis court, and rock climbing just 3 km (2 miles) away.
